Price: $500 Location: Aptos, California Description: Scheel ASS pair of seats from a 320i Alpina. I had these on my 02tii for several years. Overall good condition. You can see there's a rip on the drivers side and the upholstery is faded. There's a crack on the facia covering on the drivers side...

The only thing I like about them is that the price is round. I hate prices that end in 99.95

no question that i like them Tyson, but i already have a set with CSL fabric ... and CSL rears to go with them.

Good price for a paid of used Scheels. Unless the buyer intends to run them as-is I think it is pretty meaningless that they are Alpina. Everybody and their brother has a set of beat down special seats that will cost $5K to restore properly. You can buy regular fabric or Alpina fabric for them.

If they are run with the original patina - score.

Are you looking for Alpina fabric or Scheel? For scheel, I would check with @Gerrit. He probably has the best info on Alpina fabric also, but doubt he carries it.

You can also check mye28.com for fabric. Things you want to pay attention to are velour versus regular fabric. Are the stripes printed on, sewn on, or different thread. I don’t know where to get the best fabric, but I do know there is a lot of poor/wrong fabric out there.

at this point, I'm just beginning to research options, so I'm not set on one particular style or group. I did find this site https://www.m-fabrics.com/collections/all/alpina but I do not know anything about it. thanks for sharing other ideas where I can find fabric.

Check facebook also if you are on there. Just search for Alpina Velour. You have the added benefit of having the original seat fabric. Ask for samples. Don’t forget to compare the width and spacing on the stripes.



Get a sample from this place. I think they also sell the Alpina seat logo buttons.
