This has been in a box at the house for long time...came with a box lot; told it was an NOS German Wahler t-stat for a 2800, marked BMW, so I assume OEM, 80 degrees. Gasket looks fresh/new. Mechanic friend said it was installed at one time, just by looking at it, and it will not fit my 3.0 anyway... I'm not a mechanic, looked new to me..still has white mould release on the gasket... $15 shipped cont. US.

I bought several parts from a picker in CO Springs over twenty five years ago, including the t-stat, some ashtrays, dash pieces, a front bumper, and a full nose (If I remember correctly it was about $120 shipping on Greyhound, and actually got here!), from a 70 Bristol 2800cs. I think he even checked it, thus the temp on the baggie. That's all that I know....Tagged each baggie with a description of the part, and packed like it was going to his mom...Those were the days.
