Good for if your case has one or more of the mounts busted.

Up for sale is a center section for a Getrag 265/6 (OD) transmission.

This is just the part to replace those center sections that have been damaged. Usually the mounting ears are busted off.

I have TWO for sale. Price is for $20 EACH plus shipping within the CONUS..

One is a BMW part with the holes (can get caps for these); the other is a GM part with no holes drilled.

Getrag 265s came on many cars. Mostly BMWs. E.g E30 M3s, 528i, but also used in BMW E9s for retrofit. Also used in Mercedes W113 Pagodas for retrofit.

Note: these will not work with dogleg, close ratio boxes.

***UPDATE*** BMW log one sold.

Still have the GM one that does not have the holes drilled (which is good; you'll want those capped anyways for non-Motronic applications).

OK, not Motronic but still wonder what they are for. Early Motronic has a bell housing opening for a sensor to the flywheel, Motronic 1.3 uses the toothed damper on front of crank.
