I am trying to figure out if this is dogleg trans?

It’s not a dogleg. It’s a four speed 262 with a standard shift pattern. The dogleg does
look like this, just with an extra section in the middle. The 265/5 shares a bunch of parts with the 262, more than the 265/6. It’s why the dogleg can be fully rebuilt. The input shaft bearing is readily available, and doesn’t have the special step on the bearing race unlike the 265/6. You can also use 262 synchros etc.
