Reference for any that might want to create a reproduction. Can't quite make out the name on the sticker in the back, but its a French company.

Where would it be attached? Is it metal like the small silver A/C recharge sticker near the drier?

Chris, funny you should ask. Found it on front passenger seat one day; I think it was adhered to the inside of the metal panel for years until it finally dried out and fell off. I was lucky to find it.

Its a metallic silver paper, not actual metal...

it looks like a sticker on top of another sticker. is that the case? if so, what is the other sticker ... that was made in france?

The sticker in the back reads Ducettier et Co. I think its a defunct French auto parts supplier.
