One thing for sure, this make me feel good about my buy. this is what I paid for my whole complete car couple years back. And mine does have factory (Behr)AC?
 
This seller is awesome - he is selling 4x BMW 2002 fuel injectors for 3000$. He really know how to treat the customer.

Yeah they are quite different. the E3 plate is a lot taller. Some forum members have adapted them to fit.

That coupe king e3 plate on Ebay isn't "XCLNT" as advertised. That's why it's $165. A member on this forum spent $400 on an e3 face plate from coupe king. That is their price for excellence. It serves as a good baseline knowing that their prices are a bit higher than

You know the radio post holes weren't 2mm apart from the factory. This face plate has been hogged out.

a while back, i remember HBChris mentioning that coupeking asked between 500 and 750 for uncut e9 a/c panels.
