That what i used also and just filed them down
and set a curve on top
they come out nice with just the filling
only
i just used some fine sandpaper to finish them off
i repaired the slots with a jewelers files
 
Confirmed that mine are rough. Oh well, I am a long way off from restoring the seats anyway.

Thank you for posting up this thread. I had not put any thought in to these screws and ironically the upholsterer is half way trough reupholstering my seats.

I sent the original screws out to have them filed and polished. Here are the results.
