I remember back in college, I had a friend from the rowing team & one of his team mates caught a glimpse of my coupe....
It put a huge smile on his face and he was not the type to be emotional (a big athlete type). He (21 or 22 years old) started to reminisce about a GTO Judge he owned in NorCal before moving to UW for the rowing squad...
He loved his car, but the presence of the CSi overwhelmed him. Later that night he caught another glimpse of the car and said 'I just love the look of that front end....it looks like a shark'....
With that blue paint, on the street full of mediocre cars in the U-District that night....it did just that--look like a shark.
These are the moments when car ownership shows its rewards, its like a child or family member at that point.
