HARDY AND BECKS or 16" STAGGERED ALPINAS??? JURY

No freakin' contest....the H&B's are waaaaay cooler. I love the multipiece/polished rim look.

I have a set of 14x7 Weds on my '69...same type of look-classic radial spoke but with that extra something that comes from a multipiece wheel.

The tires on the BHHardy and Becks are 225 x 16 front and rear... NO rubbing issues!

The Hardy and Becks were designed for the E9 and they have 225x55x16 Continental extreme...

There is no rubbing issues because the offset is perfect for the E9 without even rolling the fenders!

Scott,

Correct me if I am mistaken but in that very small photo I am certain I see Side Markers... People with Side Markers on their coupes should not pick on the mentally handicapped or make fun of the less fortunate:lol::lol:...

You know what they say about people in Glass Houses.... On the other hand I live in a Glass House and we do not throw stones... Just an occasional Javelin!

Also I cannot hear the Screaming Side Markers over the nagging and other loud noises coming from the wife....

OH SH!T!...

Dear It was just a joke... I was just goofing with the guys... Noooo dear you never nag! OK OK I will finish cleaning the floor and ironing your blouses...

Jeff,

i have red rear sidemarkers ... i was talking about the ugly front amber sidemarkers behind your front turn signals. please note the word amber in my first note.

jeff,

what is the offset on the front wheels?

Scott, There are absolutely no sizes/offset numbers that I can find on the H&Bs...

Scott,

I hope you know that I was just goofing with you about the side markers...

The H&Bs have absolutely no numbers stamped on the wheels that I could find... The insides are crusty and I honestly did not make any serious effort to scrape/clean them looking for the numbers but I did carefully look in all of the normal areas that other wheels are usually stamped...

There was a very small H&B sticker on the inside of one rim that I noticed. It was filthy possibly that sticker might have had the wheel info?

That guy Stole my name! There cannot be two GREAT PUMPKINS...

Charles Shultz personally authorized me to use the name GREAT PUMPKIN last week...

Say what?

Charles Shultz died?.... When?

NEVER MIND!8)

I run 225 x 60 x 14 and needed to roll the fender lips
Perhaps it is the Carl Nelson springs. Let me know when you hit a bump. Oh yeah, bumps not allowed in Malibu
