These were pretty hard to find used when I was rolling through my restoration, I spent so many hours making them look like new. Now you can buy them brand new at walloth, individually or a complete set.

Headlight covers in Aluminum were for CSLs but the quality offered from W/N is very poor. Compare the gaskets‘ cut out for the O ring and that of the Alu cover……. I’d say, unusable.

I think they are acceptable for the job they perform. Our coupes don't need Nasa accuracy for most things.

The covers were missing from my Coupe when I bought it in 2011. In 2016 I bought a pair of newer aluminum covers with gaskets with new WN knurled screws. The quality of the pair I bought are top notch.

Some of Walloth’s parts are close but not quite correct but BMW is to blame for many of these. Walloth claims that this Battery sticker is correct and maybe US stickers were smaller. I sent them our FAQ on stickers to document my assertion.

The foam can be taken from packing white or grey foam which can be found for free.

It is only important to use the foam or thick foil which is not soaking water (with "bubbles" closed).

Could be also to buy a sheet of special material used for seals (e.g. Elring is selling such a sheets).
