Hi All,
Having lost one of these, I have made some that can be 3D printed. There are two that I have developed. One is the OEM replica, the other is a slightly nicer one to use (and easier to print). OEM p/n 63 12 1354 449.

If downloading the file(s), remove the ".txt" from the file name and send them to your printer. Have fun.
PS. Use an M5x0.8 tap

Can you send a pic of your upgraded adjuster? I am about to restore my headlight buckets.

Hi Rudy, Here are a couple of pics (as installed). I didn't photograph them before hand, but can slip one out if required. They are dimensionally identical to the originals just with a little smoother end where you turn them. This also made them easier to print. The purists will obviously mark me down as a hieratic though.
