Long time no posting for me. Honestly, the car has been running great. My only big change (yet to be implemented) is that I purchased a set of Alpina reproduction 16" rims from CerchiEpoca.com, and could not be happier. The 10 year old Michelin 205/R14s still have plenty of tread, so there have been some burnouts and I am thinking about doing some "donuts" lately.
Question: does anyone know of a source for a headlight dimmer stalk, left hand side. Mine came apart just like my old 2002 back in 1988. I have not taken apart the steering column to remove the part just yet (I never drive my E9 at night). However, the stick is drooping and I could hear parts rattling in there.
I've checked with our German friends at Wallothnesch, and they seem to be out of that product.
