Headlight grill screws

Have no idea what screws are used to hold grill in place,do they have tapered head or pan head?They do seem to be used only on coupes and are now NLA?Can anyone suggest an alternate source?I tried my local True Value Hardware store but no luck.
From OEM site:
"Fillister head self-tapping screw ST3,9X16 10 07119907730 NLA"

I am using Stainless Steel screws that are called a phillips raised countersunk.

My hardware store would have these. Also a marine supply store.

Ok, may have answered my own question...is st3.9x16 correct? Can anyone confirm this is the correct screw?

That’s the correct size but you can take one of the speed clips off and go to Ace Hardware, it doesn’t have to be metric. (Don’t tell anyone I said that)
