These have been sold, and will end up on a beautiful '74 e9 in southern CA. THANKS for the interest.

Gary--

I have a pair of brand new adjustable front struts that were designed by Paul Cain, and are from the last production ever of this great product. These fit e12's, and e24's made before 9/1982 as well as e3's and e9's according to Paul C. and Chris Kohler of Scottsdale AZ, from whom I purchased them.

When I bought them I planned to use them on my '74 e9 (3.0CS) with some NOS Koni shocks I'd purchased. Health issues kept me from installing them for nearly 2 years, but when I started the installation last week, I discovered the Koni inserts required 50 mm ID struts, and these are 48 mm ID struts. Complete strut package for both sides, brand new, never been used. I paid Chris ~$600 for them.

I had about 15 years of ownership of Porsche 928's, which have adjustable spring perches, very similar to Paul's production, and it was so great to be able to adjust right height, corner balance, etc. I was really excited to be able to put these on my e9, and extremely disappointed when I found that there are no longer any Koni struts for the 48 mm ID struts IN THE WORLD! Bilsteins, or OE Boge shocks should be fine. Billys may need their special gland nut for the top, but I'm including a set of 48 mm gland nuts that I purchased.

IF interested, please send me a direct email: [email protected]

I can provide pix etc via return email
