Hello guys,

I'm new in the board, from Colombia, South America. In my country there are very few BMW E9, the most are 3.0 CS and 2800CS, just two CSi and one CSL.

This is my first BMW E9, an 3.0 CS. I think restore it, need a lot of bodywork, but the car is complete, here some pics:

Nice cars! I would loved to see one cruising La Zona Rosa when I lived there.

Welcome to the asylum for E-9 owners

No doubt--you will have correct restoration work more difficult as I'm sure parts for your E-9 may be a rare commodity in Colombia. In my visits there I have seen very few early BMW's around the cities I have visited.

We did have another E-9 owner from Colombia--a few years back and he disappeared soon after joining--also in Bogota as I recall--do you know the other E-9 owners through club gatherings in Colombia?

By the way--mi espousa is a wonderful colombian lady from Pamplona who enjoys our early BMW's--I can assure you that your English is much better than my Spanish--many Colombians here in Southern California.

I have been there twice in recent years to visit her relatives from Bogota, Bucaromonga, Cucuta and Pamplona--her hometown--Colombia is a beautiful country of many contrasts.
