Thanks Chris, I purchased the car about two years a go from a family friend. He bought it from the first owner in Germany and brought it over in 1985. I have all the documentation from the day he purchased it. He was an extremely meticulous German. I had some work done last year, lowered it and put on Alpina style wheels. It was repainted about 5 years ago. Over all its in good shape, love to drive it as much as I can.
Ben

Beautiful - the Taiga looks spot on (tougher to tell in full sunlight) and its a really tough color to get correct. It's all in not having too much metallic flake and wherever possible, hood and trunk panels being sprayed the same angles as the rest of the car so the metallic bits settle in the paint consistently across as much of the car as possible. Why we see some minor differences on a newly painted car with metallic paint - at least that's what I've been told by those in the know!
