On my car the wires to the pump were laid out as follows:
1... Main rear harness in the boot (trunk)
2... followed wires to the tank sender unit
3... Then followed the suction line from the tank to the pump
4... then through a small hole with plug in the boot floor
5... Connected to the pump.
Please note I have no idea if this is the factory original route or had been changed at a later date!
