Heyco; Western Germany vs W-Germany

Hi -
I was recently looking at my Heyco Long Screwdriver, and I'm wondering why it says "Western Germany" vs the normal "W-Germany". Also, the marking on the shaft has "CHR-VAN 7 X 125" vs the normal "1,0 X 7" or other differentiations.

Might be Porsche they had longer shafts and 10,000 volts is not BMW
