Hood grills E9-E3 simillar?

Hi,

Are the hood grills of the E9 similar to the E3 or are they different?

Mine are cracked, split and "de chromed" by extensive polishing.
New E3 grilles are offered to me now but I am not sure if they'll fit.

Anyone has any idea?

How do you notice you drive your E9 to much?
In your other car, you keep on activating the wipers when you want to turna corner.....

they are different.

e9 - left 51131827281 (chrome) 51131827275 (black)

e3 - left 51131811483 (71 - 77)

the e3 is also more expensive - twice than the e9

Totally different, E9 are more curved, E3 are shorter

But I can offer you a set (4 pieces) of NOS-grilles for hood and fender for 240€ including shipping to the Nederlands, a german friend of mine have them on stock.........

Hard to believe the E3's are more expensive,it seems most other parts are cheaper.When the Bavaria grills show up on Ebay they are usually pretty cheap and they have an extra screen piece too.Shame they aren't interchangeable.
