I’ve Got a Screw Loose—Literally

So I found this screw lying on the driver’s side floor mat the other day. 30mm / 1-3/16” long. No obvious location that I could find missing a screw (e.g., the underside of the steering column). Not sure if it came from under the dash or from the seat . . . Or maybe it’s a random leftover from the restoration a few years ago that just bubbled to the surface.

Any ideas where this might go? It’s a little disconcerting.

Hmm, Can't help you with that one.

I have one of my own that I found inside my passenger door. A 10mm bolt. I haven't looked to see where it might have come from yet.

The rest of the crud is from the rocker panel. :0

Steering column under-cover is flat blade not phillips

It either holds the vertical glass support or vent window brackets if there is a lock washer and flat washer!
