I can't believe how many coupes I passed on and should have bought.

Between 2007 and 2008 I must have personally gone and seen at least 20 cs coupes for sale all under $5,000. They were cheap enough where I wanted a 2nd one as a parts/donor car. Boy do I wish I had bought them all. Same cars today would be in the $15,000 to $20,000 range. How things suddenly changed in the last couple of years.

Turning Negatives Into Positives...

That just means there is a host of other coupes out there you can buy....setting all other factors aside and focusing on what can be gained is a very useful tool....

Tell me about it. Back in 2009 I was tempted to sell my E39 for a Coupe and I didn't do it. Had to spend 2x the money 4 years later. Oh well, I have one now and that's all that matters.

My procrastination with my 2002tii's has worked out well. I spent time on renovating a few houses instead of working on my tii's and now they've gone way up in value. Oh darn. ;-)

Hung on to the Corvair for 32 years and it is still worth what I paid. $2000. It was Mint then and is derelict now. Somebody else should have owned it.
