Biohazard?
Since its a donated car and looks like its sat for a while its a 99% chance that it means mold. On wrecked cars if there's a speck of blood on the airbag its a bio hazard. Sometimes they really are messed up and I don't even bid on them, but this one is pretty easy to tell.
