I'm an idiot.

Do the switches on the center console come out from the front or do I need to get to them from the back?
 
stick a thin plastic putty knife under the switch to wedge it up or better yet unzip the stick shift leather boot, reach your hand in and push up from below.

At least I got my front window to now move up and down. Not at lightning speed but they work. I hate to say it but I still must be an idiot because as it turns out I just had the wires messed up. FYI on the front windows the blue wire goes toward the front of the car and the black to the rear. They do not go one towards the inside and the other towards the outside like I originally had them.

I did get the switches out but the female connector is below the wood and would not come out all the way. The male contacts actually looked really clean so not sure what still going on with my back windows and the control from the center console. I'm going to get everything together and see how that works.
