In praise of Don

A public thank you to Don for his visit to the Gold Coast in Australia to work on my car. It was a privilege to have one of the leading E9 experts ........in the world, ( note Jeremy Clarkson pause ), at my house.
Don undertook the task of working down under face on, with all of its quirky challenges, and forged ahead to reach his goal of a running engine.
The guy runs on enthusiasm and Chardonnay and after hearing to his booming voice for a week the house now seems eerily quiet.

....yep, Australian Customs tracked him down and deported him .

That last guy at Coolangatta airport asked “what’s in the box?”
Air filters I replied.. “clean or dirty he asked”
Clean of course! I said
And he let me through with a smile and no questions about the other 3 bags.
