Just match up the wires and tape it, Those connectors are hard to find and they all seem to do what you are showing.

Anyone have this part but with blade connectors? All new window switches that you can buy are blade connectors. If I changed this part I can have new switches!

What’s the trick to converting? Benefit?

You can buy new switches for $32. Can't buy the round pin ones and they are at least 50 years old. My logic is that if I am taking my car down to last screw, it's going together with parts that are either rebuilt or new.
