Interchange Coupe and Bav Steering Wheels

I may be getting ahead of a really, really complicated insurance story. So I will ask this one question, are coupe and Bav steering wheels interchangeable?

I may need one! "May" being the operative word here. Full explanation when all this is resloved with the dummies who run State Farm and I(also a dummy at times) resolve this issue.
