i think they should have used black ones ... you have to admit, its a creative use of old parts. if they set it up right, the curve could follow the line of the rear windscreen. okay, i'm off to the gulag myself

Nobody seems to like speaker grills back there, but damn that's a sweet idea to cover what is usually an eye sore.

my coupe has a different approach - instead of vinyl or carpet ... i have black speaker cloth stretched over the entire panel. no speaker grilles visible. i have separate tweeters and haven't quite decided where to put them so they sound good and don't look like an eyesore. perhaps i will put them in the rear window access covers.
