Interior lights??? (like rear number plate lights)

Hi All,

I have a couple of what i think are interior lights for boot/ trunk not sure if both go there or one goes elsewhere.

They look similar to rear number plate lights.

Can someone advise where they are positioned and how many came with the car??

Also how does switch mechanism for glove compartment interior light work and positioned???
