My US version 1970 2800CS has vinyl seats. They are blue and are in great shape. It was delivered to Germany, probably for a US citizen who shipped it home at some point.
Many euro coupes and especially Canada.
Mine has them.

That vinyl looks a lot more convincing than the earlier stuff.
That BaT CS was sold by Lowell Paddock, it was originally delivered in Germany and is the only Coupe I've seen with vinyl upholstery.
That is a tremendously nice car. I’d rather have cloth myself but given the rest of it I could live with the vinyl I think.
Lots of vinyl coupes out there just a handful though imported to the US by Hoffman.
