I was perusing the BMW Classic website and came across this announcement. See attached. Is this old news? Is it the turn signal complete or only the lens?

Also interesting, the Hazard Warning Switch for the E3.

Curious. Thanks.

I tend to agree, BMW‘s interest in its heritage seems to revolve around milking it for all it’s worth by sticking “M sport” badges on all the ”sheep in wolf’s clothing“ it churns out nowadays ….

So wish BMW supported their heritage the way Mercedes-Benz & Rolls Royce do. They will remanufacture a part from the past using the original drawings if the owner of the historic car requests a specific part. It's expensive but for some of the parts it's necessary.

Fortunately 3D scanning & printing has brought costs down. I have a few small Coupe & 2002 parts in the works.
