There is a partial cloth covered rubber edge protector for each door. Mine look like heck...

It looks like WN sells lengths that are long enough for the front doors...


Are there other sources for these?

Best of all, is there a similar generic profile that can be purchased by the yard?
 
I couldn't find new or good used ones (and probably couldn't afford them if I did).

I did find an edge trim moulding with similar dimensions to the stock, however.

I've done one door and it looks and works great. It easily follows the curves involved, fully seats on the rib it covers, is flexible enough to cover just the rib, the rib and the headliner, or the rib, headliner and vinyl where necessary. The yellow center does not show when installed.

Not for a high bucks E9 restoration, but looks good on my lowly E3 and does the job
