nobody would want to sit in the back seat of an e30 (or any 3 series) behind @HB Chris or @Stevehose ... that would not be comfortable. for that matter i wouldn't want to sit behind me and i am several inches shorter

my Chris Craft originally came with the same engine from that car - a 430 big block MEL. I am sourcing parts to put one back in it. A monster sized engine.

Thanks but the deed is done, no turning back now! Heading to pick up the new arrival this weekend then straight to the tire shop for the Goodyear Polyglas tires and the muffler shop to get it below 100dB . The coupe is tucked away awaiting it's new owner (along with a LOT of parts and goodies).
