I don't know how hard it is to get a replacement key cut but I took my one and only key into my local locksmith in Eltham , London and he had the key blanks and some tools he got out of a drawer that he said he had never used.
The upshot was the key works well and literally within half a mile of my house.
I was impressed , now tell me anyone can do this and bring me back down to earth.

almost every locksmith here will do this
but they do not have the original pebra blank keys
