Having trouble figuring out where this seal sits and orientation. The old seal was jammed up inside the gap between the window frame and the trim holding the headliner but incorrectly installed (flattened), lip not covering anything. I looked through the media section and came up empty. Anyone familiar with where and how it sits. Photo attached shortly

Did you find out how that particular seal is installed? I am having the same issue :).

It goes up in between the chrome trim entirely, some cement or glue is needed to keep in place. The J is to fill up the gap, it does not cover over the end from what I figured out. I found the old ones, completely squished flat.

it definitely sits between the metal window trim (at the top of the window) and the metal trim that finishes off the edge of the headliner. which direction it fits in is the question ... and since mine came out years ago ... i have the same question. there are 2 different ways it could fit in - i presume that the folded edge goes up so you can push it up and in. if so, the 2nd question is whether the 'fat' edge goes toward the inside or the outside. i presume that it goes toward the outside. anybody know the definitive answers?
