Looking for Alpina e9 front airdam that fits

These are a nice look, but impractical for inclined driveways or steep speed bumps. At 100mph my e9 (no aerodynamics) was very stable, but at 135mph it was very light in the front end and although the car could go faster I wouldn’t (even in my middle-aged youth 30 years ago). So you must ask yourself, do you want to drive your car REALLY fast, or just look like you can?

I want to drive really FAST :)
Of course looking fast is delightful...

Where are you? I have an original E9 alpina b5 airdam with "alpina "molded into fiberglass just like the ones you see here but original from the first factory mold years ago. Came from one single owner car he sold to me....... but took it off years later whch is one of 3 e9 's i have and it trial fitted fine on all of them. This was included in my car purchase. No aftermarket stickers on it just alpina letters molded into the inside lip
Needs some easy work by a reasonably qualified fiberglass guy or body guy for the upper skirts that goes up onto the lower front fender part ..... no cracks anywhere. Not cheap as I have a guy that can repro them correctly if I ever get the time..do not want this rare original.on my car but would mount the repop i will have done someday
Thanks but I'm looking for the Alpina version.

One mounted on my car...

Funny, I have this exact air dam on my coupe, however I always thought these were the "CSL" air dam, not the Alpina. Or did Alpina make these for the CSL's? I thought Alpina's are different shape with more rectangular holes/vents no? Similar to what I had on my E3, I know that was an Alpina repop since I could still see the Alpina logo on the inside.

I think the Alpina airdam discussed here is the early version sittin low under the "chin" ?:
Alpina airdam

The airdam e.g. sold by Zaprace that sits same way as the CSL airdam but has square (Gruppe 4 like) vents has never been an official Alpina part to the best of my knowledge.

Well, the ones we make are a hybrid from a Hartge E28 air dam.

We chopped, diced, and made a new shape that I liked, and evidently a few other have also.
Where is yours from?

Regards, Alberto

I'm not sure where it is from, I bought the car with it on it. But I just waxed the car yesterday and was looking at the shape of the airdam, and it is identical to yours.

Well, if it is identical, it must be mine. Only one in town with that look, as we made it from odds and ends,
then moulded it. How long ago did you buy the car?

7/10/2024. I will take some close up pics for you later...

Edit...actually had a minute, check these out.
