David , I don't know of a source, but let us know if you find one as the handbrake is were they lost the attention to detail (IMHO) so an aftermarket boot would be cool.
most good trim shops can make the shifter boot--once had a couple made up using an old one for the pattern--at least that has been my experience--never asked regarding the e-brake boot but should be able--all for a price of course....
AGLA sells a shift boot, and probably an E brake boot, but their leather has a fake, pressed on grain, and they use a gross brass zipper on the shift boot, which is not correct and is just a universal blob in shape. I sell correct shift boots with correct black zippers, check my website.
