This just landed on BaT. The ti is special for me even without the Alpina bits. But it would benefit from the ultra rare Alpina air cleaner to dress up the engine bay.

I don't care if the pleats are wrong, I don't know if they are. I am not sure that paint is Sahara, I don't care if it isn't. Some small bits missing. I don't care. It does have the really rare grey vinyl trim at the bottom of the shock towers. My '76 2002, Lilli, had them. See them in 1 in 400 cars.

But the radio. Mein Gott im Himmel. What are they thinking!!!

Watching. No idea what it will go for.

Well, it has 320i turbine wheels, flag mirror, weird seat back release levers, added knee trim to body, black vs. clear boots on rear axles which are needed to check oil level, leather vs. vinyl, correct early wide seats though, seatbelt retractors mounted below rear quarter windows and a few other minor issues. Not restored by a marque expert and it shows.
