Lower door seal holder - WTB or fabricate

CS doors should have a "T" shaped seal that slides into a grove on the bottom of each door. My car does not have this seal nor holder. I understand that this grove / holder is welded onto the door base. I have managed to buy the seal but need the holder for the seal. I assume that the holder is folded steel, with both sides having a very sharp fold to allow the seal to slide into it, think of a squash "U" shape. I have tried WnN, they currently don't have them and can't tell me when they may get them.

Any suggestsions where to buy or how to fabricate this part?

I bought my holders at W&N, sorry to hear that they don't offer them anymore. Here is a picture with it welded to the door, if that might help you?

Cornishman, I think that Ted Teece still turns the channels out. ET Fabrications, Shenstone, Staffs Tel.01543 481188.. Pleasure to deal with and an e9'er as well. Best, John
