I have found cut springs to ride like an ox cart, just my 2 cents.
Yes, lower by 1" to 1.5" inches is plenty. Get a progressive rate over linear rate spring.

Well thanks. Just thinking on this idea. Not thinking airbag type lowering to the ground. Just any handling improvements.
Your car looks a little lower to my eye already. but as a general response, I am always a "yes, lower". Not slammed, no ridiculous camber. Just tucked down a bit to improve handling and look a little more aggressive. My 2 cents.

Hello all, I change the color of original rim just check it out and give me your idea I use Pchrome and make it silver chrome then I spray gold top coat and light black top coat on Alpina rim and dark black top coat on original rim what you guys think should I use it or not.

A set of mild springs (not sure what's available today, in the old days I used Korman spring set (suspension techniques manufacturer). Pulled out the spacer and with those springs, the car was only mildly lower (maybe 3/4"). Those coupled with Bilsteins and 28/22mm sway bars along with Alpina subframe bushings made for a great handling Bavaria that rode great...very supple still.
