As I continue to resource fuel system parts for my 1974 CS and 1993 M30B35 motor asking whether I can use existing E9 fuel system components such as the expansion tank and charcoal filter canister? I do already have a fuel pump/filter assy purchased from Don and a new gas tank fitted for EFI. Thanks in advance.

Intanks Inc do a baffle conversion for your fuel tank. I used the sender pipe as a return feed and fitted the Intanks Inc pump. It also meant that I could use the existing low fuel level and fuel sender. Very reasonable cost and certainly cheaper than a replacement tank. Your engine harness will have connections for the following which need fitting and connecting for correct running. O2 Sensor, Fuel Pump Relay, Pre-warming of O2 sensor if not covered by the Fuel Relay, and of course the CPU. I have a direct line from my tank to the outside air so no carbon filter but there is a connection for that too. I bridged mine with a resistor of the appriate resistance which I cannot now remember.

I can't find InTanks anymore but this link might be useful.
