So, I just bought an M90 to put into the Bavaria, but I haven't found any information on how to wire it into the Bavaria's wiring. Can anybody provide any information on this?

Thanks

Seems like it is very similar to an M30

if it is similar to an m30 I guess you have choices, if you are using carbs just pull you current engine and put the m90 in. I don't know if you have upgraded you alternator to the e28 version and upgrade your fan clutch and fan to the e23 version. You could do three side draft webers or go fi from an e28 m5. check this out

I'm installing a M90 in a formerly carbureted car.
So far I'm progressing fast, but I had a great advantage: I canibalized the engine, all EFI components, EFI harness from a running E24.
Are you in a similar situation?
