As per message, and restating the previous story for the E9, where we are producing trunk elephant skins,
front spoilers and bumpers in fibreglass, along with defroster dashboard vents.

A generous donor sent me a set of very forlorn E3 trunk elephant skins.
Potentially not many people interested, but the success of this project is reliant on demand.
If you would kindly post your reply to this note, it would help to decide if it is a total loss project or not.

Please express your interest, and if we reach a reasonable quantity, then we'll proceed with a symbolical deposit,
and proceed with manufacture. The more ordered, the better the price.

Thank you all.

Regards, Alberto

Thank you for the interest in 2 sets so far.

Shipping to Colombia from El Salvador, is very difficult.
If you can arrange it, I will gladly send them. Possibly you can organize it with Avianca,
as here, calling them, is a 1 hour hold, then they hang up
It will be some time before they are ready anyhow, and will advise on feasabbility as I need to produce at least 7-10 sets
to make it cost effective.

Spain, or Europe, is another matter altogether.

Ideally, my son will travel there in October and could carry the whole European total.
Someone would have to coordinate the subsequent distribution as he is travelling for work
and no time for boxes or shipping. he can only send 1 box with all the sets.

If someone is willing to organize it, great. We still have time.

Regards, Alberto

I am assuming elephant skins means wheel covers.
That would be my question, too. What exactly is meant by "elephant skins"? The grey covers for the rear wheel housings that are always cracked or missing? Great, then. Depending on the price I'd be interested in two or three sets. I could also ask E3-Club friends. Probably the answer will be: "I want to see a sample first". Never mind.

Difficulty is, as usual, I live in Germany. Nearly all E3-Club members are in Europe.

Alberto‘s initial post was in reference to these two parts for the E3:

Exactly, the 'Elephant skins' are the wheel covers that are missing or in really bad shape.
Christoph, my son will travel to Spain in October, and can take all sorts of E3 and E9.

He is travelling for work, and cannot handle the internal shipping.

We just require a "distributor' in EU to send all over the Continent.

Let's see how we can work this out.

Thank you!
Best regards,
Alberto
