mechanic for PPI in Orem/Provo Itah?

My 16 ye old niece found a lat 1980’s e30 (will be her first car) in Orem Utah.
Needs a little TLC (she wants something that needs work), but overall a nice car.

Anyone have recommendations for a shop that can do a PPI?
