Mechanic suggestion - e9 in Northern California

I've got a half finished engine rebuild project that I'm giving up on. I'd like to find a good mechanic in Northern California to finish the job and possible do some light restoration work. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Car is a 1970 2800CS in otherwise good condition but no show car.
