missing rubbers

Who can explain were exactly these rubbers should be installed and how to fix them? Some pictures would be great.

I thought those were the inner part that gets covered with matching vinyl at A and B pillars.

Are those the "wind lace", bead vinyl edges that run along the front and back of the doors ?
