Thanks to Ron Perry I got the e28 fever, Ron was great in helping me find the car and do some upgrades, unfortunately I couldn't convince him to pay for any of it.

1988 535i Bronzit/Llama

Just turned 75,000 miles

Since the purchase we've added euro headlights, the wheels, crack free dash, new windshield, and sorted some minor paint issues including painting the mirrors in Bronzit versus the factory black.

Soon to come, lowering springs, upper control arm bushings, euro bumpers, euro M5 front valance.

And you didn't bring it to C&C yesterday?

No, unfortunately I did not. A good friend wanted me to take him and his son in one of the cars I represent; so we took the BIG BMW instead. Maybe next week.

By the way, what time do you guys get there? You always get the same spots?

Mike, No sleeping in if you want a parking spot near the front! I get there by 6:20 and now that it is getting lighter it fills up quickly. Love the e28 BTW.

Ok, I'll start getting up earlier; but answer this for me, will I need to bring a beach chair and wear short shorts like Ron? That might be a deal breaker.

lowering springs

Nothing better than Dinan springs (if you can find them) with Billy sports valved to match. Blows away the HR/stock Billy set up.

Bronzit grows on you...
