Any ideas where to get felt/brush that comes on alu profile inside door mouldings?
Thanks

Google felt window channel or pay BMW $60 or so for a meter. I think it is 1/2” x 9/16” non beaded but check size first.

I think he is asking about the horizontal part that is wrapped in felt, not the window channel that goes vertically in the slot behind the vent window

I'm in the process of re-assembling my doors and sorting out all the trim so its in good order. The picture below is the outside door chrome piece taken apart with the part numbers.

Questions:

1) The rubber squeegee part (41/14/12) is available from www.wallothnesch.com, but it doesn't look like the little front part is (41/14/09) is available. Has anyone found new rubber that works well for 41/14/09?

2) From posts earlier in this thread, for part # 41/14/11 I believe the recommendation is to purchase window felt and recover the exiting sheet metal part - correct? I assume part number 41/14/11 with the felt is not available.

Much thanks for any insights.

Bumping this thread. Does anyone have a recommendation or a source for 41/14/09 which I believe is 51216754323. Thanks for any recommendations.

Just to confirm, this is the strip that is sandwiched between the window sill chrome piece and the vent window assembly on the outside of the car? I used Steele Rubber 70-0308-17. It's tee-shaped so I cut off one half of the top of the tee and also trimmed it for length.
