Need Help Steering column closeout

Got under the dash and looked for points I can attach the closeout. The two fasteners on the inboard side are of major issue as I don't see how you can get your hand under the dash to reach them and there are no attaching points (I can see) to attached to. Can anyone provide a photo or other recommendations?

The front most bracket looks like it can almost attach to the Clutch Pedal stop but there is no place to attach?

So hard to see once installed but as I recall there are brackets with speed clips attached that your brackets screw into.

The bracket closest to the hazard light switch was not in use when I acquired my car, and I still do not use it.
