A friend of mine needs a driver's side front fender, his car is Rivera blue. What should he do about fixing rusty frame rails, are their new rails for sale, should he just have new metal made? Thanks for you your advice. He is located in Maryland

Clarence, not sure if E3 and E9 are same, nor if these guys have an E3 version if they are not. There is that company in Poland that makes sheet metal too (forgot the name).
