i have an arcan xl15 ... this new one is the xl20 and its a low profile jack for 140 bucks. i bought mine from costco for 100 bucks a few years ago. it goes under a lowered car quite easily. they also make an aluminum one (more expensive)

I have had a H-W Model "WS", 1 1/2 ton from 1975 which looks a little older than yours, and it works great. I never have had to rebuild it, yet. It does piddle once in a while and I have had to tighten the packing nut, check the fluid level and top up if necessary.
I have the "owners manual" and it lists the;

what happened when i was injured was
i had a jack stand suporting the rear and it was in the dirt
and over days it fell forward
thats waht happened
i should have set the stand on concrete

What model jack you have will determine which kit. Although it looks like your label is missing, mine is riveted on.
Maybe if you call the Kimmerle Bros. they can help you.
If using a jack stand on the ground, it better to cut a 1/2'' or 3/4'' plywood pad to use under the jack stand.
